Building for Diversity

In 2006 CODA won the Building for Diversity competition that led to the construction of a $10m mixed use development for Foundation Housing. Part of the now MRA’s revitalisation project to inner Perth’s city of Northbridge, this development exceeds the project’s original scope and consists of 44 hostel units, 16 apartments, a caretaker apartment, 9 commercial tenancies and the restoration and conversion of a heritage warehouse to a cafe all on the 1190m2 site.
